Local Plan 2021 - 2024

The Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act of 2014 (“WIOA”) mandates local and regional workforce planning as does the State of California.  Attached are the Local Workforce Development Plan 2021 - 2024 for the Pacific Gateway Development Area (LWDA) encompassing the cities of Long Beach and Signal Hill, as well as the Regional Plan for workforce areas serving the Los Angeles County Area.
